My daughter which is a college student purchase her first car from Dan Vaden ( Brunswick) I spoke with Jonas on several occasions between financing and explain I did not want her car notes more than $400.00 we purchase a 2017 Chrysler300 put 4000.00 down . Jonas called me back several times with different amounts I specifically explain she is a college student she works but she is trying to build credit I dont want her payments too high he said he understood he had a child in college as well I also explain we DID NOT want any extras no Gap no maintenance plan nothing to bring her payments up.Jonas called me back with a 444.00 payment I agreed . We thought we were all set until my daughter gets a call from Ally financing and was told her payments are 585.41 she immediately called me I called Jonas both my husband myself and my daughter went to Dan Vaden we were told the finance manager added Gap and maintenance on and they would get it rectified I ask Jonas do we need to bring the car back because we could not afford those payments he told me No he would get it fixed it will take about 30 days he was in contact with his person from Ally. In February Ally tried to withdraw 585.41 from my daughter account I contacted Jonas he told me he was working on it to make this payment and we would be reimbursed when the paperwork goes through. Well here we are in March the same thing Ally is trying to get 585.41 from my daughter account now we are frustrated . I text Jonas today and he text back he dont know whats going on. I need an answe and some resolution. We have purchased several cars and this has never happened. Can someone please let us know our next step into getting this resolved . Thanks Jackuelin Norman

I was sold a BMW under false pretenses of there being a factory warranty to 100K miles

To make a long story short, after I drove back to Atlanta and took it to Global Imports Bmw where they told me to take it, I found out there was no factory warranty despite being told by the salesman, the sales manager, and the finance manager. Two weeks after the car was purchased I had to spend $9000 having the car repaired. This is absolute fraud and sheer negligence on be half of the dealership.

Vaden Infiniti Dealership

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Vaden Infiniti called me today to ask if Id like to have my Infinit serviced. As it happen we have had a couple of Infinitis before and really liked them. But the current was has a malfunction in it that makes things difficult. I called infinit and they said they knew the problem and I need to take it to an Infiniti dealer. The first time I called Vaden Hilton Head months ago they said they didnt have enough employees and couldnt fix it. Today when they ask me about service, I very politely ( I wasnt angry with the lady who called - and I never raise my voice ) that I am not happy with the car and am debating about whether to switch to Lexus because of the problem. She says okay, let. Us know if you change your mind. ( Lauren called originally, someone who sits beside her took my call when I phoned back ( they were talking back and forth ). She dont say her name. I thought maybe, just maybe she would be concerned that Im having issues, nothing. Is that the vaunted Vadens Way?

Poor customer service

Recently I had called Vaden of Beaufort for and appointment because the windshield wipers stopped working. It was raining and I was unable to get an appointment until the next day at 11 am. I went to the appointment and was informed that when the appointment was made it was just to check in,and I had to wait a couple of hours until they get to my car. I went back to work ad left my car. I called the service the department and was informed was wrong with the car and that it was covered and under warranted, the parts had to be ordered ,and the car would not be ready until the next day on December 21, 2021. Later that day, Ms. Summer from the service department called me back and informed me that it would cost me almost $500.00. I informed her that the previous person informed me that it was under warranted. She denied it and needed the money for the service done, and the parts had to be ordered. She also wanted to know where I brought my car and all the papers on where it stated a warranted. Ms. Summer stated she will look into it and call e back. When she called me back, she then stated it was under warranted and my car will be ready that afternoon. I signed two papers that afternoon to receive my car and there was no breakdown on the parts and labor that was done or the warranted on the paper work I received. I went back the next day to ask for this and Ms. summer had a negative attitude. This is not a professional way to address the customer. My blood pressure was elevated. Please be aware of what service

Title for Vehicle

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Purchased a vehicle from Hinesville Nissan on September 2, 2021. Paid cash for the vehicle have yet to receive the Title. I reside in Massachusetts now and I can't register my vehicle without the title. My current dealer tag runs out October 17, 2021. Hinesville Vaden Nissan says I have plenty of time to get my title in the mail. The title is currently being reviewed by DMV. My question is when I paid cash for the vehicle why didn't i receive a clear title when I left the lot, they said they had to submit a corrected Odometer reading, why was this vehicle on the lot for sale if they new that the Odometer reading was incorrect makes no sense to me. Now I'm stuck waiting for my title and its being sent to my old address which will be redirected to my new address in Massachusetts, I put a change of address with Post Office on September 7, 2021 and I have yet to receive any mail, so that means the title is going to take forever. I gave Hinesville Nissan my New Address before I departed but the lady working on the title told me it had to be sent to the address that was on the title, that makes no sense to me, all they had to do was tell the DMV the address to send the title to the new address. Something needs to be done quickly or I'm going to be stuck in Massachusetts without a Vehicle the dealer tag runs out October 17, 2021 why can't i get a new dealer tag extending the date until my title arrives. This whole situation is not fair to me and my family

Vaden didn't go the

Vaden Nissan in Statesboro sold me a car the beginning of August and accepted a $1000 post-dated check for the end of the month. The sales and finance people were great !! Then Vaden Automotive corporate deposited the check. NSF and $35 charge on my account. Oh, sorry. We goofed. Here's $37 for your NSF charge. THEN the finance papers had to be resigned. The finance company Vaden had selected didn't call until 3 weeks later, the day the papers had to be finalized. Vaden didn't followup to make sure the financing was set. The woman was the most rude CSR with whom I've ever worked. Told Vaden the deal was off on Thursday. "We'll get back to you on Friday." Still hadn't heard by Saturday. "We'll get back to you on Monday." Monday, no call. "Bring me a check to cover my deposit and the trade-in and take the car back." They did 24 hours later. The company's slogan: "We go the extra mile for you." But only until the deal is signed. Then it's hasta la vista, baby. We don't know you. And extra mile? In your dreams.
